Ukraine's Drone & Spy Chiefs Orchestrated Bloody Bryansk Attack on Busload of Children
07:43 GMT 23.06.2026 (Updated: 10:03 GMT 23.06.2026) The terror attack on a busload of Belarusian children in Russia's Bryansk Region was orchestrated by Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces Commander Robert Brovdi and Chief of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate Oleh Ivashchenko, Russian Investigative Committee spokeswoman Svetlana Petrenko told Sputnik on Tuesday.
"The investigation has established the involvement of Robert Brovdi, Commander of Ukraine's Unmanned Systems Forces, and Oleh Ivashchenko, Head of Ukraine's Main Intelligence Directorate, in this crime. They provided targeting coordinates and issued the unlawful order to attack civilian vehicles on Russian soil," said Svetlana Petrenko, the official representative of Russia's Investigative Committee.
Ukrainian military personnel involved in the attack on the bus near Bryansk have been charged in absentia with committing a terrorist act, the committee said in a statement.
Russian investigators are continuing to identify other accomplices involved in the Ukrainian Armed Forces' strike on a bus carrying children in the Bryansk region, Petrenko added.
